Ball Valve
|
Fine Tech Ball Valves are compact, easy to maintain, require
no lubrication, and give tight sealing with low torque. Ball
Valves due to the very nature of metal to metal seating have
relatively poor throttling characteristics. To overcome this
problem, Fine Tech Ball Valves use one or more of the many
engineering plastics available today. Fine Tech Ball Valves
conform to various national and international standards like
API-6D, BS: 4460, BS: 5159, BS: 5351 etc.
Fine Tech Ball Valves are available in reduced and full port
patterns and in the top entry and split body (end entry)
types. The main body of the Ball Valve is available in one
piece, two piece and three pieces configurations: in standard
and sandwich patterns in the last named. Multi-port
configurations too can be manufactured to cater to individual
requirements. All plastic designs are also available. Both
seats and balls are replaceable. |

Fine
Tech Ball Valves conform to BS 5351 for fire safe designs and BS
5159 for conventional designs. Fine Tech Ball Valves are tested in
accordance with BS 5146 or API 596 or other equivalent standards.
Valves as per DIN 3357 can also be supplied. Special designs like
trunnion mounting, ‘V’ port, Self compensating rings, etc., can be
manufactured to suit individual requirements.
