Fine Tech Gate
Valves are available in a variety of metals and a range of
sizes to suit different applications. Options available
include Solid Wedge, Flexible Wedge, Split Wedge and Double
(Parallel) Disc. Fine Tech Gate Valves conform to various
national & international standards like API-600, API-602,
API-6D, IS: 778, IS: 780, BS: 5353, BS: 5150, BS: 5155 etc.
Though Gate
Valves are normally used where the valve will be either fully
opened or fully closed, Fine Tech Valves can be used even
where this condition does not hold good. The Stem Assembly
options are (a) inside screw rising stem (b) out side screw
rising stem and (c) inside screw non-rising stem. |

Fine Tech Gate Valves come in a variety of bonnet construction.
These are (a) screwed-in bonnet (b) screw-on/union bonnet and (c)
bolted bonnet.
Those bonnet constructions can take care of most applications. If
however, special purpose Gate Valves for high pressure and/or
corrosive applications are required Fine Tech Engineers can
manufacture and supply valves with union, pressure sealed or lip
sealed bonnets.
Size: 0.50” (15 mm) to 28” (700 mm)
Class: up to class 1500 / ND 100
Material: Gun Metal, SS 304, SS 316, Carbon Steel, Cast Iron,
Alloy 20, Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C etc.
Ends: Screwed, Flanged, Ring Joint, Butt Weld, Socket Weld.
Operation: Hand wheel / Lever (Direct or Geared), Pneumatic
